Firstly, I graduated from college as a working student for four years, where time management and multitasking are common. While studying, I worked as a call center agent and provided chat and email support, which made me more knowledgeable when it comes to computer and online jobs as they require positive and critical thinking at the same time. With that, I can proudly say that I can use my analysis to solve the problem with the help of the resources from the training and the company's policies. Minimal supervision is one of my strengths since I've been working at home for 3 years already.
