- If you're unfamiliar with QuickBooks (QB) or Xero and are willing to learn, I can provide comprehensive guidance on leveraging the software effectively.
- You'll be given a personalized chart of accounts designed specifically for your business needs.
- Configure bank feeds and seamlessly integrate with third-party tools to streamline financial data management.
- Uploading and categorization of historical bank transactions, sales invoices, bills, and expenses.
- Customization of reports to provide more valuable insights into your financial performance.


MAINTAIN ACCURATE FINANCIAL RECORDS
- Record day-to-day financial transactions, including sales, expenses, payables, and receivables promptly and accurately.
- Utilize reliable accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Excel, Google Sheets) to streamline record-keeping, automate calculations, and generate precise financial reports.
- Record cash receipts/income from bank deposits.
- Record cash disbursements/expenses from bank transactions.
- Make adjusting entries as necessary.
- Record interbank transfers in financial records.
- Organize and ensure accuracy and compliance of disorganized books.
- Reconcile bank transactions and credit card activities with statements for accuracy and consistency.
- Generate bills, sales invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, and similar documents.
- Completing the posting process using reliable accounting software (Xero, Quickbooks, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) to streamline record-keeping processes, automate calculations, and generate accurate financial reports.


A/R AND A/P MANAGEMENT
-Manage accounts receivable by tracking customer invoices and payments.
-Manage accounts payable by recording supplier bills and tracking payments.


FINANCIAL REPORTING
Generate Financial reports such as:
   - Balance Sheet
   - Profit and Loss Statement or Income Statement
   - Cash Flow Statement


CLEANING-UP AND CATCHING-UP OF BOOKS
- Cleaning up messy books to ensure accuracy, compliance with regulations and clarity for clients, facilitating decision-making, and optimizing overall business operations.
