Dealing with customers thru phone call is really challenging in a way that you have to deal different personalities with different concerns. Especially dealing with irate customers because they usually vent out all their frustrations and disappointments to you but being part of BPO industry you should not take it personally instead face them with much courage and positivity. You have to be smart enough to find solution to their problems and in the end of the day they will be grateful to you because you have helped them despite of their attitude and for me it gives us a sense of fulfillment and we became proud to ourselves.

As an Audit Staff, it was my responsibility to check and review financial records. We examine documents like invoices, receipts, and bank statements to make sure everything is accurate and follows the rules. It can be challenging because I have to pay close attention to details and be very organized. Sometimes, I might find mistakes or discrepancies in the records, and I have to figure out why these errors happened and how to fix them. Additionally, I often have to work under tight deadlines, which can be stressful. Despite these challenges, being an Audit staff can be rewarding as we play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial information.
