I worked in the surgery department specializing in Breast Cancer Management and chemotherapy. My job includes Patient Assessment, history taking and interviews, preparing chemotherapy medications, performing Intravenous Insertion, and administering chemotherapy and other cancer
treatments, explaining the treatments and answering questions for patients,
managing the side effects of cancer treatments and pain management, vital signs taking and documentation, providing emotional support and promote well-being of clients and , lastly, verifying patients understanding of going home instructions.

Being an Oncology Nurse was both rewarding and challenging. I was blessed to be a part of their team and forever grateful for the vast experience and knowledge I
gained during my career with them. After 2 years of working as an Oncology
nurse, I finally pursued my dream to become a Dermatology Nurse. I applied at
Dr. Mamdooh Ashy Medical Center in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, they specialize in
plastic surgery, dermatology, weight and burn management. I have over 3
years of working in their facility as a laser and dermatology nurse. My scope
of work includes: Assisting the physician in the performance of skin exams,
monitoring and recording patient’s medical history, assist with procedures
using specialized medical equipment and cosmetic dermatology, maintaining
accurate patient record and documentation. I also performed laser hair removal and
skin resurfacing procedures, administering chemical peels to treat various skin conditions, including acne and hyperpigmentation. Collaborate with dermatologists and plastic surgeons to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients on skincare products and guide them in developing effective skincare routines. Assess, monitor, and treat skin wounds, mainly burns. Educate each patient on how to protect their skin and care for skin diseases and conditions at home.
 
After finishing my contract at Dr. Mamdooh Ashy Medical Center, I dUpgrade to see actual info to go back
in the Philippines and stared  a family. In 2 years, I gave birth and at the same time, my mother was diagnosed with cancer.

I finished my 1-year contract at Medisense Laboratory and did not continue due to COVID reasons. My mother is Immunocompromised due to cancer and I have a year-old daughter as well. Life was hard, so, I took a shot at being a manager at
Lifesure Refilling Station. I was blessed to be hired By Mr. Vasquez and I was
given the privilege to manage his water refilling station. My tasks include:
communicating the goals to employees, selecting the right individuals for each
task, motivating employees to reach each objective, checking in with employees
to ensure they’re making progress, Regularly reviewing performance metrics,
training new employees, filling out schedules, creating or distributing
marketing materials, completing appropriate paperwork for licensing or legal
requirements, recording employees accomplishments, handling expenses and
managing budgets, ordering supplies, ensuring essential tools and equipment are
well-organized and easily accessible, organizing employee’s schedules and
assignments.
