I am confident that I will be making a valuable contribution to the team. I can offer you 13 years of experience taking good care of customers - internal and external. Having been in the customer service industry handling customers from different lines of businesses (chat, email, and phone) successfully, I have risen from the ranks of Level 1 Customer Support to Level 2 Customer Support to Technical Lead to becoming a Team Manager - handling a team and as well as auditing their interaction with their customers including ensuring that all tools we're using are working well. This has led me and our team to become the top team in CSAT, FCR, and processing orders the right way.
Moving to the e-commerce industry as a Quality Analyst, I have created process documents on quality service for chat, email, and call which brought significant changes and success in the customer service department plus with my experience as a Virtual Assistant which includes Logistics Management, Customer Service Management, and ad hoc tasks, I can definitely add value to the team.
