• Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word processing programs at a proficient level.
• Excellent grammatical, editing and proofreading skills as well as exceptional organizational, coordinating, scheduling and prioritization skills.

Experience: Less than 6 months
1. Responsible for Environment of Care Rounds for all observation reports. 2. Draft emails, reports, minutes and official correspondence. 3. Prepare departmental scheduling for Rounds. 4. Conduct rounds on behalf of FMS manager and note all issues. 5. Escalate and follow up on FMS complains to right section. 6. Schedule and coordinate events and meetings as and when required. 7. Sort, check and maintain record files. 8. Maintain & order stationary & answer and direct incoming calls. 9. Use different machine such as photocopying, fax and scan etc. 10. Perform other duties as assigned.
