Hi, I'm Upgrade to see actual info, your dedicated right-hand person willing to help you. I may be fresh in this field, but I come armed with passion, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact to help you. All the skills that I have came from hard work and trainings.
Here are some skills were I can offer:
1. Administrative Tasks- scheduling and managing appointments, email management and correspondence, and data entry and database management.
2. Social Media Management (SMM)- creating and scheduling posts, monitoring and responding to comments and messages, and developing social media strategies.
3. Bookkeeping- managing invoices and payments, tracking expenses and budgets, and preparing financial reports
4. Project Management- coordinating and managing projects, tracking project progress and deadlines, and lead generations.
5. Graphic and Web Design- creating website layouts and designs, managing website updates and redesigns, and using canva efficiently.
I may have few client experience yet, but I have the confidence enough that I can help the client with all my best. I am willing to be trained and to learn more for the satisfaction of my clients.
