With a diverse and accomplished career spanning various leadership roles, I bring a wealth of experience in project management, operations, and team leadership. Most recently, I served as a Global Project Manager at Telus International Philippines from October 2022 to Up to present. In this role, I successfully managed and delivered multiple high-impact projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Prior to that, I was an Operations Manager at Telus International Philippines from February 2022 to October 2022, where I streamlined processes and drove operational efficiencies.
As a Team Leader from July 2021 to February 2022, I developed my leadership skills by guiding teams to exceed performance benchmarks.
At Teleperformance, from 2018 to 2021, I took on the role of Operations Supervisor, where I improved customer satisfaction and led operational initiatives.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a Senior Sales Associate (Level 2) at VXI Global Solutions, LLC. from 2017 to 2018, where I demonstrated strong sales acumen and built exceptional customer relationships.
From 2012 to 2017, I contributed to strategic management and team development as an Assistant Manager at IBM. My extensive experience across these roles has equipped me with a deep understanding of project management, operational excellence, and effective team leadership.
