I acquired my patience in handling different personalities from working as a preschool teacher and enhanced my English communication skills from working as an ESL online teacher years ago. I have also worked in the BPO industry for more than 6 years before I started working online in 2016. I had already done a lot of services such as taking orders, processing refunds/ replacements, tracking orders, resolving customers' technical concerns/ issues, providing customer service, setting an appointment, writing stories for clients, responding to emails and handling supervisory and managerial calls. I am also knowledgeable in Amazon and an expert in Shopify. In fact, I was a Project Manager in which I handled not just the stores but also the people. I am hardworking and can easily adapt to changes. I also worked as a creative writer that test my skills in writing articles about a certain person or product. In my years of experience, I can say that my skills in managing and taking complicated issues are completely improved. I was part of the retention team and have done my best to pacify my customers. I have trained people at work and created SOPs for the business. I always do my best in my work. I want a long-term, full time and a stable job where I can just stay at home while I utilizing my skills and helping build businesses. I am a problem solver, a self-taught, and always willing to learn new knowledge.
