With a strong foundation in Information Technology and a passion for clear, impactful communication, I currently serve as a Technical Writer at Microchip Technology Inc., where I craft clear and concise documentation for cutting-edge semiconductor technologies. My role involves collaborating with engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure every piece of content is accurate and impactful.
Previously, I honed my technical skills at Accenture as a SW/App/Cloud Tech Support New Associate, providing front-line support and resolving a range of hardware, software, and network issues. This experience sharpened my troubleshooting abilities and enhanced my customer service skills, allowing me to effectively manage and prioritize technical iUpgrade to see actual info.
Having a background in Information Technology and experience in both technical support and documentation, I’ve developed a unique blend of skills that bridges the gap between tech and business. My hands-on experience with programming, coupled with certifications in Adobe Creative Suite and Web Development, fuels my drive to transition into a Business Analyst role.
