For the first year of my job experience, I worked as a Data Loading Analyst where I do inbound and outbound calls to physicians to verify their demographic data and also answer medical billing and insurance queries, after a year I got promoted to Quality Analyst where I audited each agent's call if they passed all metrics and guidelines to when calling physicians. I worked as a Quality Analyst for 2 years. I also have experience as an Associate Support Analyst under a software platform that is widely used by Non-Profit organizations in the US and Canada. My main role is to connect directly with clients who purchased the platform and help them resolve their concerns (could they be difficult or easy questions). We connect through chat, email, and as well as phone calls (Inbound/Outbound). After two years of being an Associate Support Analyst, I was promoted to Team Manager in our department. I oversee 17 people and guide them with their concerns and supervisory calls from clients who escalated their concerns. As a team manager, I do deliverables such as creating Monthly and Quarterly scorecards of agents, I do monthly presentations of our overall performance to US clients and local clients, monitoring attendance and compliance from each agent, and attending product enhancement meetings from our US clients. I am a results-driven team manager with a history of delivering on time and on budget. Skilled in team leadership, risk management, and stakeholder communication. My goal is to turn chaos into a well-oiled machine.  I also had an experience of being a Health Scheduler. Manage to update schedules, call off of caregivers and help clients with optimum and with a quality service, I also had an experience using Axiscare as the main tool for scheduling and setting appointments of clients. I also had an experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant and had a role of being the physician secretary. I do setting an appointment schedules to patients in order to meet with their physicians.
