Customer Service Representative

For almost 2 years i’ve worked as a Customer Service Representative handling Telco account we help customers/client Maintains their records by updating account information, we also help them to resolved product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; we also help them determine the cause of the problem; selecting, explaining and providing the best resolution to solve the issue and possibly to recommend a potential products or services by analyzing customer needs.
