I am an experienced Customer service support.I am proficient in doing inbound, and outbound calls was used to received more than 8 calls per hr. I had also an experience in handling emails and office work using office application (google/word) as a Customer service advisor. I had also an experience booking, cancelling, rescheduling a flight as a travel agent and I had also an experience placing, replacing, refunding the orders as a walmart customer support home based. I am confident that I can do the tasks to your satisfaction and I can work independently.I am honest, multitask, a hard worker, a fast learner, and I can work with less supervision. I have strong verbal and written communication skills. I have a decent work ethic, a good attitude towards life, and am always willing to learn new skills. I have an amazing ability to develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with individuals at all levels.Strongly enthusiastic about the work I do.
