I have been with the BPO industry since 2011. I was able to work as an Analyst, Customer Service Representative
During my tenure with my last company, I was given an opportunity to be included in the migration process of the system used for customers account. I was also able to help in establishing the foundation of the work processes in which I was able to contribute in setting the standard steps of the processes that was used by new and old employees as guide.
With my skill set and attitude in workplace, I know I can contribute a lot and make sure all the necessary work is done as expected of me.

From my previous experience as customer representative thru email to my latest work experience where email is the most used means of communication to other departments to solve customers concern, I believe that I have the proper expertise in handling email.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
I have s strong background of customer support (email, chat, phone) as this is the basic skill required on all of my previous work experience. I have a strong sense of empathy to customers that I think helped me greatly to be a good CSR.
Experience: 5 - 10 years
In my latest work experience, we handle most of the customers concern with their payment and refunds.
