Working in Technical and Customer Service is what I always fulfill. Been in the BPO industry since 2011. I am flexible, self-motivated, responsible, and a very hardworking person. Matured enough to deal with challenging situations and provide exceptional customer service. I am knowledgeable enough in using different tools for projects and positions such as Email-Live Chat Support.
Experienced in both phone and email in ecommerce handling fulfillments, shipments and deliveries, refunds and reshipment requests.
Been handling platforms such as Zendesk and Amazon Seller Central.
