• Running reports such as Bell ETA Report, BMO and BNS Reports.
• Creating Quotes for renewals.
• Ensures all sales orders and purchase order are processed in an efficient and accurate manner and that delivery deadlines are met.
• Works with sales management, sales representative, and customer service to process customer orders and/or change orders.
• Verifies and reviews the accuracy of orders.
• Responsible for monitoring overall account activity for assigned group.
• Responsible in managing the process I’m handling and make sure that all received orders are delivered and meeting the deadline daily.
• Tracking, Updating and Running the Report on a daily/weekly basis.
• Takes orders on self-qualified leads when appropriate.
