Hi my name is Karen Lorenzo. I bring over three years of valuable experience from Buwelo BPO Solutions, where I have excelled as both Lead Generation specialist and an Inside Sales Representative. I started working at Buwelo in the role of lead generation Specialist, where in I am calling leads to find out if they meet the requirements necessary to conduct a sales call. I set up a schedule for the Sales Representative to call them back to discuss about the services that we offer.
Due to my consistent performance and dedication, I was promoted to the role of an Inside Sales Representative and subsequently served as a Team Captain for more than a year. As an Inside Sales Representative, my responsibilities included negotiating deals, closing sales, and upgrading existing customers. I take pride in my ability to build strong client rapport and my track record as a top-performing agent reflects my commitment to delivering results. This is not to brag but to tell you how dedicated I am in every role that I am in. As a Team Captain, I took on additional responsibilities to support my team and assist them in negotiating with the prospect customers, and guiding them on how to navigate the system including on how to create CPQ quote in the Salesforce. I also make a sup call when needed if our team leader is not available. This is to help my teammate to explain to the customer about the services that we offer.
My SBU manager, TL’s and including our client always say that each and every single day, I put a lot of efforts in converting a sale because I always exceed our monthly target revenue.
