I am a Reliable, Detail-oriented Virtual Bookkeeper with over 10 years of extensive experience in the accounting field in Corporate entities overseas. I gained experience as a Virtual Bookkeeper through workshop and online course with actual cases to work on.

I am a certified XERO advisor and well versed in Quickbooks Online.
I'm here to help with your accounting tasks, freeing up your time, saving you money, and enabling you to channel more energy into business growth.

Here's what I can do for you:

Setting up or maintaining of XERO or QuickBook's records including:
• Customizing the Chart of Accounts to fit your needs.• Upload historical transactions    from bank data.
• Assisting with setting up bank feeds, where needed.
• Providing support for setting up 3rd party integration tools if necessary.
• Customizing reports to fit requirements.

Handling daily bookkeeping task such as:
• Recording cash receipts or income from your bank deposits.
• Entering cash disbursements or expenses from your bank transactions.
• Recording interbank transfers
• Booking any adjusting entries needed
• Reconciling bank transactions and credit cards with statements
• Reconciling other Balance Sheet accounts to underlying records
• Creating bills, sales invoices, Credit Notes, Purchase orders, etc

Monthly financial reporting including:
• Balance Sheet
• Profit and Loss Statement
• Month over comparisons whenever applicable
