I was a BPO employee for the longest time before considering a shift. Started working in 2009, finished my degree in between, then went back to work again. in 2023 of December, I resigned from my previous employer and did try working as a VA from a recommendation of my former colleague. Now I am trying to find a job on my own since I already have an idea of how the VA world works.
I have over a decade of customer service experience and handled several accounts like: Travel, telco, DA, artist services, etc. I am also knowledgeable with basic Google and Microsoft tools.
I am really seeing myself walking on this path already. It's a challenge and it's something different yet familiar, harder but more convenient, more direct and efficient, and it's a learning process everyday which is good since learning should not stop after school, it should be in continuum.
