I have experience in appointment setting for 6 months as a
freelancer in an auto warranty campaign. Became a credit
bureau specialist for a year and 5 months on my second job.
Got my third job in telco account, I started as a billing rep
showing expertise in handling bill related issues at the same
time working on sales to meet everyday target. Then I got
transferred to the Retention Department where we act as the
comp any's last line of defense. Doing our best to keep
customers at the same time making sure that we still meet
sales target. Can communicate and build rapport to the customer/client effectively.
