Here's what I can offer:

Setting-Up and/or Maintenance of Xero or Quickbooks file which includes:
- Creation of new Client's Account
- Creation of Bank Accounts, Credit Cards and other Payment Gateway
- Customization of Chart of Accounts
- Assistance in setting-up of bank feeds
- Customization of Financial Report

Daily bookkeeping including but is not limited to the following:
- Recording of cash received from Sales or Services rendered through bank deposits
- Recording of Sales or Services rendered on account and subsequent creation of          invoices
- Recording of cash paid on Purchases made or Services incurred in cash through         bank withdrawals
- Recording of Purchases or Services incurred on account and subsequent creation of  bills

Monthly bookkeeping including but is not limited to the following:
- Conversion of PDF bank statements, credit cards and other payment gateway to CSV files
- Subsequent uploading of banks, credit cards and other payment gateway transactions
- Categorization of banks, credit cards and other payment gateway transactions
- Reconciliation of bank, credit cards and other payment gateway
- Financial Reporting (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Aging of Accounts Receivables/Payables)
