Conducts monthly bank reconciliation of financial transactions

Conducted regular review of payroll of workers prior disbursement. Ensured that the computations are all accurate and that the workers' rates inputted per laborer are in accordance with the approved rates. And checked the completeness of the supporting documents as per COA guidelines. Established an internal control in order to avoid payroll padding and misappropriation of Government funds. Conducted surprise visits on-site to ensure that all workers in the logbook are actually working.
