- Experience in creating and processing purchase orders. - Ability to match invoices to purchase orders for efficient and accurate payment processing. - Understanding of three-way matching (receipt, purchase order, and invoice) for enhanced control. - Skilled in entering and managing invoices for goods or services not associated with a purchase order. - Knowledge of configuring SAP to allow direct posting of non-PO invoices to relevant general ledger accounts or material accounts. - Familiarity with utilizing Document Management System (DMS) within SAP for efficient storage and retrieval of non-PO invoice documentation.
