Virtual Assistant/Real Estate Agent

I began my journey as an encoder, progressed to sending renewal advice to clients, and now I'm stationed in the claims department. Here, my tasks include gathering documents to facilitate the processing and issuance of LOAs (Letters of Authority) for repairs.

I manage note-taking, schedule meetings according to my employer's availability, and oversee all schedules, including holidays and special occasions. Additionally, I remind my boss about both personal and business-related matters, such as weather updates.
