I have 6 years experience in administrative support and clerical roles as a Postal teller at a postal office and a releasing officer at a training center. Beyond my administrative experience, I have delved myself in email marketing,
data research, and lead generation working as a part timer at Callbox Inc. I am proficient in Microsoft Office tools, Google Workspace, Zoom, Canva, Microsoft Teams. These roles required me to interact face to face with customers on a daily basis, providing assistance, and processing transactions, controlling documents and information. While I may not have direct experience on being a virtual assistant, I am eager to apply my transferable skills and embrace new challenges. And that's what sets me apart, my willingness to learn, to be trained and to thrive in a new and fast paced environment.
