Profile Description

For the past 3 years in Tech support, I have honed skills and experience in problem solving by identifying the exact concern to work through a solution accordingly. My specialty revolves around identifying and laying down a workaround for an alternative solution to a client's concern. Apart from that, I have a customer profiling skill which is important in showing customer care.
During my experience, post chats survey from my customers mentioned how the issue has been resolved or provided a workaround, they appreciate my expertise of showing care by making them feel heard and having provided an extra mile accordingly.
Despite this acquired experience and skills, I am a self-starter where I am willing to learn and enrich myself with knowledge in new things when given the opportunity.
