Working as Project Manager in Retail Industry Visited the Store and supervised Vendor during installation and ensure that the project is completed within the agreed timeline and in good quality. o To ensure that Audio/Video and Home Appliance racks/modules are properly installed o Prepare work permits and other related permit before installation o Coordination with Client and Team (update of work progress) o Assist Dealer and SDE for the product display after the project completion.  Responsible for Ocular report and Detailed Drawings o Prepare Ocular permits before visiting the Stores o Actual measurement of the project area (propose location) o Prepare Ocular report (ppt for presentation, (cad) drawing, photos) o Coordination with the Designer and Client for project concerns o Check the detailed drawing submitted by the Vendor  Responsible for Completion report o Check the Completion report submitted by Vendor o Process approval of completion report for Vendor’s billing Drafting works, Design proposals
