Review Disputes, Bed Bugs concerns, Cancellations and Rebooking assistance.
After my 3 years stay with them, I was promoted to become a Subject Matter Expert, or Deputy Supervisor. I am one of the people who answer Supervisor calls, and Training new Support Ambassadors, and providing real-time assistance to Support Ambassadors who are having trouble with their Hosts or Guests.
