Hi, I have been a Customer Service Representative for almost 9 years. I handled Email, Chat, Inbound and Outbound calls.
My first experience is with Uber. I've been a Rider Support for Uber campaign specifically in Australia and New Zealand. I've also been a Document Checker of driver-partners of Uber in those counties as well. I worked there for more than 3 years.
I've also been a Dasher and Eater support for Door Dash handling live chat and outbound call support. I stayed for 6 months because it was a seasonal account only.
After my time with Door Dash, I've been a Case Manager or Support Ambassador of Airbnb for more than 4 years. I handled Guests and Hosts concerns such as Resolution Center cases or Human Resolution Center,
Review Disputes, Bed Bugs concerns, Cancellations and Rebooking assistance.
After my 3 years stay with them, I was promoted to become a Subject Matter Expert, or Deputy Supervisor. I am one of the people who answer Supervisor calls, and Training new Support Ambassadors, and providing real-time assistance to Support Ambassadors who are having trouble with their Hosts or Guests.
Right now, I am a Tech Support from Google Drive, and I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant job. I can commit at least 40 hours a week to work with your company with the best quality and integrity.
