I enjoy this job so much since I worked before as a Customer care specialist I am used to customers calling me, but for me, cold calling is a much easier role, As I have the chance to build rapport and relationships with different clients. I honestly can say I am good at this job as clients are asking me to be their cold caller for their companies.

My very first job was as a customer service specialist. I work with a lot of different clients like Capital One, AT&T, and Amazon. Assisting clients with their concerns and providing them with resolutions while helping the company retain long-term customers.

I manage a growing company that specializes in Sublimation products, we design shirts, jerseys, and uniforms, from design until finished products.
