Currently, I am an External Sourcing Associate for a Human Resources Firm in the Philippines. I help my client source and recruit qualified applicants for various jobs. I support the recruitment team in screening resumes and maintaining databases.

I help business owners manage their daily tasks by doing Product Listing on Shopify, Etsy, Shift4Shop, Facebook Meta Business Suite, Shopee and TikTok.

I previously worked as a Shopify Virtual Assistant. I upload product images and provide descriptions on my client's Shopify E-Commerce website.

Previously worked as an E-Commerce Product Listing Virtual Assistant. I do product listing by uploading photos from Facebook Page and Upgrade to see actual info website to Shift4Shop e-commerce website. I encode product titles and optimize descriptions, price, images, inventory count, and SEO keywords.

I also worked as a part-time Transcriptionist and Captioner for 5 years, I can help you transcribe audio files and proofread AI-generated transcriptions. I can help your business do some Data Entry tasks.

I also run an e-commerce store which I started in 2015. I manage my own t-shirt retail business via Shopee Philippines. I manage and fulfill orders, pack orders, and inventory, and regularly contact suppliers. I can help you with your e-commerce website by monitoring orders and fulfillment.

As a small business owner, I manage my own Facebook and Instagram Business Pages. I am in charge of posting content every day and creating text, images, and graphics with Canva. Every once in a while, I also run my own Facebook Ads. I can be your Social Media Specialist to help you post on all your social media platforms. I can help you send DMs on Instagram.

I can also help you with some basic photo editing thru Canva and remove the background on your photos using Removebg.

I was also employed as a Finance Officer for 2 years. I was assigned as a bookkeeper in the Finance Department. I handle cash from tuition fees, I monitor bank accounts of the school, I go over the cash flow, I personally transact with the bank, and prepare financial reports, keep track of monthly bills, process accounts receivables and payables. With this, I can help you with your financial reports so you can focus on the other aspects of your business.

I also have BPO experience working on a graveyard shift. I was employed as a Payment Specialist for an online gaming company. I transfer funds for casino players via online fund transfer.

Lastly, I was a Bank Teller for 10 years. I was responsible for doing the regular tellering tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account opening. Customer service was my main job at that time. I can help your business by doing customer-related jobs so you can focus more on growing your company.
