Profile Description

I worked as an advocate success in one of the legal group services company in US. We assist MLO and Uptitle applicants with their application. We assist them in submitting the requirements included the closing transactions and checking the required documents for them to be referred to the bank (Federal Credit Union and Texana bank.I am also former sr. quality evaluator in Concentrix Amazon account. We do the monitoring of our agents, conduct meeting, one on one coaching and huddle the team to provide feedback to improve their kpi score and pass the CSAT metrics.Every week, I joined the
internal and external calibration session for me to be familiarize and updated on how to properly answers each parameter of QE form. We do also required to take phone time 8 hours every week to be updated with the policy and issues of the customer or caller.
