Hi I am currently working as tech support expert in one of the biggest insurance company in US named Asurion under the client of Verizon Wireless. I also have background in Sales with the same company and customer service for American express. Iv'ed been on the BPO industry for the past 7 years. I also was able to travel to the US wayback 2019 to 2020 to work in a cruise ship as a hotel steward where I enhanced my face to face communication with guests. I also have some knowledge in photo editing since I love taking pictures.
