Profile Description

I have worked for more than 15 years and have a huge background working with multicultural and extended-hour work environments acquired through my hospitality career in cruise lines and manufacturing industry dealing with strict implementation of quality control standards and maintaining safety in the workplace. I have developed the right attitude and very good communication and leadership skills from dealing with a diverse set of people, strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail and a knack for solving complex problems especially during my time as a Quality Engineer.
I recently took a leap and dUpgrade to see actual info to make a career shift into the exciting world of freelancing where I can leverage my newfound expertise. I am now transitioning from my recent hospitality job in a cruise line to become a full fledged freelancer and  apply my knowledge in Lean Six Sigma which I just recently completed all the badges and certifications which are certified and verified by CSSC or The Council for Lean Six Sigma Certifications. I am eagerly seeking a career in Continuous Improvement and Data Analysis to support the day-to-day operations of a dynamic organization. I am committed to providing the exceptional service needed to meet client’s satisfaction. Additionally, I have also obtained a skill set in line with Virtual Assistance and Digital Marketing that I may also use to optimize and boost my qualifications. My curiosity in trends nowadays inspires me to adapt, learn and gain new insights that can be beneficial for my professional growth.
