1. I am in-charged with the Design approval with the Client (Designs mainly done by the Architects). Participating in Bids, Construction Cost Estimate and Reviewing/
Drafting Project Contracts.
2. I supervise and handle suppliers, specialty contractors for the project and ensuring that the project is within the budget.
3. I also supervise the on-going construction activities and implement the following at
the construction site:
a. Safety
b. Quality Assurance
c. Construction Efficiencies
4. And lastly, I make sure that the project is within the highest quality and within client expectations.
