- Bank Reconciliation
- Generate Financial Reports such Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss

2. Accounts Payable Management
-  Accurate recording of billings and expenses
- Timely tracking of payment to vendors
- Review billing documents
- Can manage billing approvals
- Do reconciliation on outstanding billings, payments and other source documents
- Coordinate to vendors for any billing and payment issues
- Prepare accruals and prepayment journals
- Prepare payments and issue to service providers
- Provide financial reports as required

3. Accounts Receivable Management         
- Promptly generating and sending accurate invoices to customers        
- Setting clear payment terms and credit policies         
- Monitoring outstanding invoices and following up on overdue payments         
- Implementing strategies to collect payments, such as reminders, phone calls, and emails.         
- Addressing any disputes or issues related to invoices promptly         
- Update & Maintains Customers Profile and records         
- Regularly reviewing and reporting on the status of accounts receivable to ensure timely collection and identify any issues 


4. HR and Administrative
- I observe the 7's principle for document management.
- Update and maintain email contacts to ensure effective communication
- Communication Management (email and phones)
-Recruitment and Onboarding

5. Software Savvy: Proficient in industry-standard tools like Xero, QuickBooks, Loom, Slack, Microsoft teams and 365, Google Workspace.
