I'm a certified XERO advisor, well versed in QuickBooks Online.

I'd love to help you with your accounting so you can save time, money and energy and focus more on growing your business.

Here's what I can do:  

Set up and/or Maintenance of XERO or QuickBooks file including 

-Customized chart of accounts
-Uploading historical transactions from bank data 
-Assistance with set-up of any bank feeds (if applicable) 
-Assistance with set-up in any necessary third-party integration tools.
-Customized Reporting. 

Daily Bookkeeping included but is not limited to the following:

-Record cash receipt/income from your bank deposits 
-Record cash disbursements/expenses from your bank transactions 
-Record interbank transfers 
-Record any adjusting entries needed 
-Reconciling bank transactions and credit card to statements
-Reconcile other balance sheet account to underlying transactions
-Creating bills, Sales Invoices, Purchase orders etc.

 Monthly Financial Reporting including: 

-Profit and Loss Statement 
-Balance Sheet Report 
-Month to month whenever applicable
