Profile Description

I believe to work with goal and this is meant to achieve by determination and experience with the word patience and virtue. I efficiently worked for more than 6 years in Customer Service with more than 5 years in BPO technical side and going 1 year of experienced in quality or application testing, coding, testing and debugging at Visual Basic language with knowledge in database management - MySQL. During my BPO stay, I also experienced training the newbies for product knowledge and technical software utilization which I enjoyed the most. Through my ability to easily adapt in technology and other technical terms. I learnt other team's technical department jobs through my attitude, the willingness to learn and easily absorb, understand and with patience to one's job.
