I have 13 years of experience as a customer service rep taking inbound calls. I don't have actual VA experience yet, however, I enrolled in various VA self-paced training where I learned about photo/video editing and copywriting. Before working in BPO, I worked as an accounting staff and did manual bookkeeping.

I spent nearly ten years working as a customer support representative for CVG-Concentrix Phils, handling international telecom accounts. Before that, I handled international accounts for EBusiness BPO as a customer service rep for three years. For six years, I worked as an administrative and accounting staff for a local shipping firm, doing manual bookkeeping and administrative tasks.

I don't have experience with this, however, I do self-paced training and am familiar with how the job is done and the software being used like Zendesk and Georgias

I don't have experience yet being an SMM or Content creator, however, to better position myself as an efficient Virtual assistant, I have upskilled by enrolling in various self-paced virtual assistant training courses. During these lessons, I studied the fundamentals of basic graphic design as well as basic photo and video editing using Canva and Capcut. I have also learned about basic copywriting.
