As a Graphic Designer, One memorable experience was creating a complete branding package for a startup company. Working in customer service has been incredibly fulfilling for me. When I helped a frustrated customer resolve a complex issue with their product. I served as a full-time missionary in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where I held positions as a District Leader and Zone Leader. As a leader in the Philippines Naga Mission, I had the privilege of guiding a diverse group of volunteer proselyting missionaries. My primary focus was on creating a supportive and collaborative environment where everyone could thrive. I provided specific guidance and ideas to help them set clear goals aligned with the mission's vision, and I delegated tasks based on each individual's strengths. Regularly monitoring progress, I promptly addressed challenges to ensure timely project delivery. Open communication and regular team meetings fostered unity among the missionaries. Collaborating with assigned missionaries in their specific areas of the mission, I managed expectations and incorporated their input. I consistently sought process improvements to enhance efficiency. This experience taught me the importance of effective leadership, clear communication, and cultivating a positive work environment.
