Profile Description

For almost five years, I have worked in a BPO company - outsourcing. I was assigned in Sales, Activation and technical support department. I am a customer service representative for both voice and non-voice programs. My main tasks as a customer service representative includes managing our customer's account, taking payments over the phone, do a little bit of up-selling on the side, troubleshoot their technical issues, and answering general queries.
I also have experience in email handling and technical support through chat. I am seeking for opportunities to work and serve customers as well as enhance my skills and knowledge in customer service. I am highly dedicated and focused in ensuring a positive outcome in any issues. I can work with and without supervision and is also willing to be trained.
