What I have are bountiful skills and experience that I have honed for the past years. I started in 2015 as Chat Support associate, Customer Service Representative and work my way up to become a Subject Matter Expert where I provide my knowledge, resources and information to support agents. In 2020, I worked as an appointment setter and eventually became a Senior Auditor. Also, I am well versed in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. I am used to providing reports and updating status to my clients. Providing my best and a top-notch client relationship has always been my goal.
