● Monitor the payables of the company to its supplier. ● Reconcile invoice price variance between the agreed price and its purchased price. ● Preparation of monthly report stating which supplier has paid and how much the company’s remaining obligation. ● Able to pay 100% of the overdue accounts, remnants by the person previously handled the position.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
● Assisting Host and Guest with their queries and disputes. ● Educating Users with basic information regarding Airbnb. ● Mediating Guest and Host with the dispute and provide a fair resolution to a dispute. ● Upskilled to IBP claims who caters digital, online and purely just debit card transactions disputes. ● Assisting customer in making dispute on their account ● Filing Claim for any transactions needed to be disputed in the account ● Provide resolution based on the claims investigation result done by the back office team. ● Empathizing customer for the current situations that they are into ● Assisting Bankers for any current difficulties and questions they have with regards to customer’s needs.
