In line with problem solving, I tend to look at all the angles of the problem. I make sure that every parameter I am monitoring are included in solving the problem. In line with data analysis, I am keen on checking for errors to ensure that all data are correct and sensible prior to my analysis.

In line with problem solving, I tend to analyze the problem, dismantle it, and find the root cause of the problem. From there on, I think of different solutions for the problem and ensure that these solutions are within the parameters depending on what I need.

As an engineering graduate, we solve a lot of problems. I tend to find various solutions for the problem I am tackling and choose the most efficient one depending on our goal.

During my previous work assignment, I monitor the movement of products in our warehouses. I also conduct monthly inventory reconciliation and ensure that the actual stocks and book stocks are reconciled.

During my previous work assignment, I analyze the data from product stock reports. I check the data if our product gains/losses are within product threshold and identify problem if it exceed the threshold.

I have been a team leader in my previous employments (Officer in charge for operations, during emergency response, and during the monthly inventory). I build trust and respect with my team members. I ask for my team member's ideas and opinions to see how well they are engaged in our topic and to gather additional inputs as well for the planning of the activity.

As an Operation Administrator and Supervisor in my previous jobs, I make sure that there is no interruption in the plant operation. Should problems arise, I make sure that the problems are properly addressed so that the plant operation would continue running.
