Hi there, I have extensive experience on phone for 6 years now. In my 1st 3years I was given a role as appointment setter or lead generation agent for our Solar, Home Security and Debt Settlement projects. Our role was to generate leads and qualify them and transfer to our specialized team, if not we put them to their corresponding disposition using VUpgrade to see actual info and Protocall Upgrade to see actual info 2021 I have stepped up to customer service representative job and was assigned as travel consultant role in one of the biggest BPO/Call Center in the Philippines and was hired in travel account where I specialized Amadeus and Sabre tool. My job was to receive inbound calls from our subscribing clients regarding their travel needs e.g booking flights and hotel, canceling flights and hotel and or changing flights and hotel.
