• Taking ownership of tickets and provide immediate support with clients depending on the severity of issue. • Directly interact with clients regarding simple and complex issues. • Escalate complex issues to the development team with precise documentations. • Making sure that the ticket record track are always updated, as well as keeping the clients updated with the activity of their submitted concern. • Performing data analysis and network security analysis if needed. • Giving assistance to the client in contacting the correct person for their concerns and gathering information as needed for more efficiency.
