Profile Description

I worked as a customer service representative for almost three years. In my experience as a customer service representative, I can say that I can easily adopt the environment or the field that I chose, I am flexible at work since I can work at day or graveyard shift. I can work under pressure, by handling it I remain calm and always take a deep breath, I also deal with it by staying organized and prioritizing my work. I can handle three line of business, I had an experience as chat representative, I communicate with my customer through chat, especially when I worked to a retail account. Aside from taking chat, I also take emails, responding and creating emails to the the customer and doing it for 15 months and I was assigned to a back office for Payment issue. I was also a Voice representative, since when I first landed my very first job, I was under Healthcare account. In my almost three years in the corporate world, I also had experienced in scheduling an appointment to the customer with their doctor. I am literate in Microsoft office, and I can also do admin Jobs.
