Efficiently manage the accurate bookkeeping of loans, ensuring precision and timeliness. Responsibilities include receiving loan relay sheets from branches and creating loan account information. Post transactions via Web Loan and Save Plus platforms. Generate Loan Release Reports and reconcile them with the relay sheets. Receive payments from branches and accurately post them to respective loan accounts. Validate and reconcile transactions against loan accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and making necessary adjustments. Check and validate loan balances on the General Ledger, promptly resolving discrepancies. Prepare various reports, including Past Due Ratio, Monthly Remittance of DepEd Region IV-A, Loan Releases, Loan Movement, Schedule of Loan Portfolio, and Aging of Loans. Proficiently consolidate and submit internal and external reports and schedules to relevant bodies. Manage the efficient and accurate bookkeeping of Loans, preparation of billing statement, reconciliation, monitoring of AP/AR ledger, consolidation and submission of internal and external reports and schedules to appropriate bodies.

•Generates and analyzes the requested complicated information or data leading to the delivery of business intelligence in form of business-related profitability, monitoring and insights as well as customer analytics and profiling reports. •Prepares and analyzes the Bank's budget and financial performance; •Ensures targets and budgets are closely monitored and analyzed; •Communicates actual performance and budget utilization to Management and to all business and support Units.

Supervise the monitoring of client documentation requirements that requires periodical renewals such as but not limited to motor insurance, fire insurance, mortgage redemption insurance and oversees the sending of letter's of communication to the banks client relative to customer verification, loan status, repricing notice, payment updates and monitor the status and results of the operation of the section.

Efficiently manage and reconcile financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Responsibilities include processing information from branches regarding due to/from accounts, identifying and investigating discrepancies in financial statements. Perform daily reconciliation of due to/from accounts for branches and local banks. Verify the accuracy of bank statements and analyze float items, coordinating with units/branches for timely resolution. Assist in adjusting entries and eliminating float items. Conduct accounting and reconciliation of paid checks. Prepare monthly reconciliation statements for DFHO and DFLB.
