Profile Description

Innately Filipino yet raised in Malaysia. I am an ambitious chameleon. During my studies, I was able to hone my leadership skills, apply critical thinking, discovered my versatility in skills, dove deeper within my charismatic abilities and honed my problem solving skills. I firmly embrace the concepts of growth and focus. I am naturally curious, driven by a strong eagerness to learn, and I actively seek balance and independence in my life. During my time as a Marketing, Sales & Customer Representative in the previous company I was working for in 2023, I was tasked to do the following:
- Digital Marketing Strategy : To come up with online & social marketing strategies targeted at a specific market. I also worked closely with the firm's CEO/Creative Director on the marketing plans and make changes accordingly.
- Copywriting & Digital Copywriting: Formulated the firm's copywriting for 2 of their collections to be used along with their clothing tag. I also used my skills in writing the website's clothing descriptions.
- Industrial Sewing at workshop (Assisting) : As I have a background in Fashion Design, I used my sewing skills to assist the Production Team when needed. I also used my skills in graphic design to generate invites for the firm's trunk show/fashion show.
- Videography for social media content: Orchestrated shoots by myself to develop content for the brand's social media.
- Sales on-site the boutique: Generate sales in-store, including greeting customers, asking their preference and closing sales.
- Liaise with customers via call/email
- Customer service representative : I was able to use my interpersonal social skill as I hep solve the problems customers were having, coming up with solutions and compensations for their discomfort.
