Profile Description

I am a pharmacist specializing in regulatory. I have more than 10yrs of experience in regulatory. I ensure that the products we are selling/distributing follow the regulations of FDA, Dept. Of Health, Drug enforcement agency and WHO. I register all products (Food, food, food supplements, medical devices, biologicals,urban & household hazarduos, cosmetics, drugs, fertilizers, toys, raw materials , chemicals, veterinary and drugs) we carry at FDA. I review all our product artworks and make sure they are aligned with the guidelines of all government regulatory bodies. I review all the product manufacturers and ensure they have the WHO GMP, GDP and GSP certificates, ISO standard and CE
stamps and permits. I make sure the product and product labels follow the guidelines of EuFDA, US FDA, British FDA, Aus TGA (Australia FDA) from the source country and to where they are being sold. I make sure the ingredients used are allowed and quantity used are within the limits allowed. I attend seminars given by regulatory bodies to keep abreast of the latest guidelines. I do product knowledge training to the sales, marketing and customer department. I educate the warehouse staff on storage SOP and do audits.
