Customer Service Representatives at TURO - an online car-sharing platform where the owner will list their vehicles and the renter will make a reservation.
My main responsibility in this job is to provide effortless customer assistance by answering their inquiries via phone call or
- Setting up a new account
- Finding a car that suits the renter's preferences
- Assisting Owners in Listing their vehicles
- Cancelling reservations and initiating refunds
- processing reimbursements or manually charging their payment method
- Sending a request for Roadside assistance
- Sharing a LYFT pass
- Compensating renter due to inconvenience by adding travel credit to their account
*Needs to analyze and ask probing questions before processing any of those listed responsibilities to ensure that the caller will not be calling again with the same concern and also to make sure that the solution won't be taken against the other party based on physical evidence/circumstances that were provided during the investigation.
